Status™ Refrigerate Upon Arrival Labels are designed to support clear communication and safe handling of temperature-sensitive medicines within pharmacy environments. Measuring 36 x 36mm, the compact, uniform format ensures consistency across labelling systems while maintaining strong visibility on a range of packaging, particularly round bottles.

Manufactured from a semi-gloss coated material with a permanent, water-based acrylic adhesive, these labels are suitable for refrigerated conditions without risk of detachment or reduced performance. They can be applied at temperatures above 0°C and remain effective across a working temperature range of -10°C to +65°C, supporting safe storage and transport requirements. The bold, easy-to-read design helps reinforce important storage instructions at the point of dispensing, contributing to patient safety and compliance. Labels are supplied on a roll for tidy, space-efficient storage and are compatible with the Status™ Label Dispenser (LDISP).

With a shelf life of up to two years under standard room temperature conditions and inclusion of recycled content, these labels also support practical stock management and environmental considerations. Custom label options are available to meet specific pharmacy requirements.

Returns:

1. Goods not faulty but no longer required by the customer, or where the customer has ordered incorrectly or not specified the correct size or colour, etc., will only be accepted for credit within 5 days of the delivery provided they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. A 15% handling charge will normally apply. No goods are accepted for return after 20 days.
2. Goods ordered specially (non-stock lines) will not be accepted back for credit.
3. Products from the furniture section are not stocked in our main warehouse. Therefore all returns will incur a carriage charge.
4. To return goods, please telephone our Sales Team quoting the delivery note number to issue you with a returns authorisation. Drivers are not able to collect products without a collection note.

Guarantees:

Guarantees given shall not be applicable outside England unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company in writing. Any guarantees given will be invalidated if the goods supplied by the Company are subjected to misuse or accidental damage after the Buyer has taken delivery of them.
