Methotrexate Alert Label by Status®

The Status® Methotrexate Labels (36 x 36mm) are designed to support clear, consistent communication and enhance patient safety when handling methotrexate medicines. Featuring a bold, highly visible design, these labels help ensure critical warnings stand out at a glance, reducing the risk of dosing or administration errors in busy pharmacy environments. All Status� labels are uniform in size, helping maintain a professional, organised appearance across medicines and packaging.

Manufactured from a semi gloss coated material with a permanent, water based acrylic adhesive, these labels are suitable for use in refrigerated conditions without peeling or losing effectiveness. They apply reliably at temperatures above 0�C and perform across a wide usage range from -10°C to +65°C, with a shelf life of up to two years when stored at room temperature. Ideal for round bottles, they are supplied on a roll for tidy, space saving storage and can be used with the Status® Label Dispenser (LDISP). The labels also contain recycled content, supporting more sustainable pharmacy operations.

Returns:

  1. Goods not faulty but no longer required by the customer, or where the customer has ordered incorrectly or not specified the correct size or colour, etc., will only be accepted for credit within 5 days of the delivery provided they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. A 15% handling charge will normally apply. No goods are accepted for return after 20 days.
  2. Goods ordered specially (non-stock lines) will not be accepted back for credit.
  3. Products from the furniture section are not stocked in our main warehouse. Therefore all returns will incur a carriage charge.
  4. To return goods, please telephone our Sales Team quoting the delivery note number to issue you with a returns authorisation. Drivers are not able to collect products without a collection note.

Guarantees:

Guarantees given shall not be applicable outside England unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company in writing. Any guarantees given will be invalidated if the goods supplied by the Company are subjected to misuse or accidental damage after the Buyer has taken delivery of them.
