Insulin Alert Label by Status™

Status™ Insulin Labels (36 x 36mm) are designed to support safe handling and clear identification of insulin prescriptions within pharmacy and clinical settings. The bold, highly visible design helps ensure important information is easily recognised, contributing to improved patient safety and reduced risk of error.

Manufactured from a semi-gloss coated material with a permanent acrylic, water-based adhesive, these labels remain securely in place without losing effectiveness, even in refrigerated environments. They perform reliably across a temperature range of -10°C to +65°C, with an application temperature above 0°C.

Uniform in size for a consistent and professional look, they are ideal for round bottles, allowing for easy application and clear positioning. Supplied on a roll for convenient storage in a Status™ Label Dispenser (LDISP), they also contain recycled content and can be customised to meet the specific needs of your pharmacy.

Returns:

Goods not faulty but no longer required by the customer, or where the customer has ordered incorrectly or not specified the correct size or colour, etc., will only be accepted for credit within 5 days of the delivery provided they are in perfect condition and in the original packaging. A 15% handling charge will normally apply. No goods are accepted for return after 20 days.
Goods ordered specially (non-stock lines) will not be accepted back for credit.
Products from the furniture section are not stocked in our main warehouse. Therefore all returns will incur a carriage charge.
To return goods, please telephone our Sales Team quoting the delivery note number to issue you with a returns authorisation. Drivers are not able to collect products without a collection note.
