All orders processed before 2.30pm are despatched for next working day delivery this is subject to terms and conditions. Any out of stock or non stock items are not included in this.
Yes, of course. Please email us on email@example.com or call us on 01785 250123 and we will add whatever you require onto your order, providing it was made on the same day (before 2.30pm).
Yes, you can, you simply have to click on the link on the email notification we sent you when the goods were despatched. If you have not yet signed up to this system please click here to send us the email address you would like the notification emails going to.

If you are ordering for delivery to an address within the mainland UK, you will be eligible for free delivery once you spend £90 or more. If you are lucky enough to live in the Highlands, Islands, Ireland or overseas deliveries, these are subject to individual carriage fees.
You have several payment options available to you when you shop with us. You can pay securely by card over the telephone, where a member of our team will handle your checkout process swiftly and safely. Alternatively you can pay by Bank Transfer, quoting you order number as the payment reference. Or, if you want to save time, you can set up a Direct Debit. Please note that charges for goods and services supplied by Valley Northern need to be paid in full in GBP within 7 days of delivery or completion, unless the Buyer has an account with us. Yes, we do! When you have an account, you can enjoy extended payment terms, such as payment within 28 days from invoice date.
You can apply to open a credit account with us by completing a Details Confirmation Form, which you can download from here. Simply complete the form and then return it to us by email, fax or post.
