I needed to chase a delivery that had not been received. As soon as I made contact with Dale, he looked into where the delivery was. He chased this up with the Courier and when it was taking a little time to get a response from the courier, he sent out a replacement. he kept me updated at all times. I cannot speak highly enough of not only Dale but all the staff I have interactions with at Valley Northern, they are all super helpful and very efficient. they are all a credit to Valley Northern. A breath of fresh air to deal with a company that has such great staff, and great customer service.
